One day Shiatsu workshop

On Saturday 18 May 2013, MACshiatsu will be holding its first ever one day workshop at West Worthing Baptist Church. This fascinating Workshop will take place between 10.00am and 5.00pm and cover a variety of Chi Gong, Seiki and Shiatsu techniques. Absolutely no previous experience necessary - just an ability to have fun!!!

The price per person will be £40 (which includes refreshments).

The Workshop will be led by Matt Woods MRSS (T) - a very experienced teacher from The Shiatsu College - Brighton. Owing to space availability at the venue, the number of places will be limited - so please book early to avoid disappointment. Research

​

For our final year projects - we investigated the impact of Shiatsu on several medical conditions - Asthma, Insomnia and M.E. As part of our ongoing post-graduation studies, we now wish to continue our research to include other specific areas, in particular the inclusion of Shiatsu (as part of a programme to give up smoking).
